Shipping & Payment Terms

delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, we ship the goods domestically (Germany) within a standard delivery time of 3 - 7 working days. For international deliveries, the standard delivery time is between 5 - 10 Working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment if possible, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

 Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Portugal, Sweden, Spain


We do NOT ship to the following countries:
United Kingdom : We currently do not ship to the UK.

Switzerland : We currently do not ship to Switzerland.

When making a return or exchange, the original box is required for the safe return of the product. Without the original box, we may not be able to accept returns or additional packaging charges may apply.
