Shipping & Payment Terms

Delivery

We ship your goods within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order or payment, depending on the size, with DHL, UPS or a forwarding agent. Please note: Bicycles are bulky goods and will be sent by courier. We need an e-mail address to notify you of the transport.

We ship to the following countries:

Germany: Germany including island freight on request

EU: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden, Spain

International island freight on request.

Switzerland : We currently do not ship to Switzerland. Please feel free to contact our partners:

Free shipping for orders over €99.00
€4.95 flat rate up to €98.99 value of goods

Shipping to EU countries:
Flat rate shipping costs: €9.95 up to a value of €199.00

delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within a standard delivery time of 5 - 7 days; for deliveries abroad, the normal delivery time is between 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction ).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, if possible, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
