If a Coolmobility product does not meet your expectations or you have chosen the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days within the EU. Please proceed as follows:
- Contact our customer service so that we can request the collection of the product. Please leave your mobile number so that we can be reached for notification.
- Please pack the product carefully with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. Make sure to protect the frame accordingly, as otherwise unsightly paint damage to the bike could occur during transport. Attach the return label to the package in a clearly visible place.
- The shipping company will pick up the package directly from you and bring it back to us. Please ensure that you specify a contact point that is manned every day as the pick-up location.
- Once we receive your package, we will inspect the returned product and refund you via your chosen payment method.
Returns and Exchanges: When making a return or exchange, the original box is required for the safe return of the product. Without the original box, we may not be able to accept returns or additional packaging charges may apply.
